TrendSettingBride.com is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149.00 and flat rate shipping of $8.95 on orders under $149.00 within the continental US.

We ship via USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, not including holidays and weekends. Shipping times are approximately 2-3 days for delivery on the East coast and 4-5 days for delivery on the West coast (not guaranteed). You will be emailed a notification when your order has been shipped that includes a link to your online tracking number.

Our warehouses are located in Massachusetts and New Jersey. Occasionally items ship from different warehouses so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels.

Please email us if you need a rush order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges will apply.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ship via USPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery. We are able to ship some items to Alaska and Hawaii at an additional cost. Please contact us with your address for a quote on shipping costs.

Due to the high cost of shipping and customs fees we no longer ship items internationally.

Return Policy

Due to the fact that most of our products are intended for one time and intimate personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

If your item arrives damaged, please email sales @ trendsettingbride.com within 2 days of receipt of the item for replacement.

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item(s), please contact us right away and we will determine the status of your order and let you know if it is possible to cancel it.
